If you did not receive an order confirmation, please first check your email spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please email them at support@petzome.com.
Once an order has been placed, you may contact customer service to support@petzome.com see if the order can be adjusted or canceled (24 hours of order placement) . If the order is already processing, however, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Purchases made of two different items from our could be delivered at different times, please do not worry if you receive one item but not the other, the other item will not be far behind. We do this to save shipping costs so we can maintain our Free Shipping USA Wide !

Shipping & Return Policy
The excitement of receiving a package! That’s why at petzome, we do our best to make sure you receive your delivery ASAP. Orders are usually process within 24 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your product as soon as possible. You will receive your product within 3 – 7 business days of placing your order. When the order is shipped, another email will be sent to you with a tracking number or information
Please note: On special occasions as holidays (Christmas…) or special sale events (Black Friday…), the time of processing your order could be slightly longer, but we will do our best to get your pet his or her item as soon as possible.
Delivery may be delayed also due to acts beyond our reasonable control, which may include, but are not limited to, pandemics, weather, strikes, power outages, shutdowns, province or governmental actions, and other similar acts.
No! We have now made delivery FREE for everyone in USA !
Unfortunately as this time, we do not accept international orders outside the United States.
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Any return request that is submitted post 30 days of the order being delivered
- The product has been used or altered in any way or form
- The product has been damaged through abnormal use i.e. incorrect use by you
- The returned product does not have the original packaging, labels etc or if the original packaging has been damaged e.g. torn.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.
